Today is officially the first day of spring, so to help keep you motivated to look and feel your best this season, we’re continuing to share our tips to a healthy and balanced life.

Live Long and Prosper With These Tips:

1. Living in Southern California leaves you with little excuse to be a homebody so as much as I enjoy a good rainy night in with a pizza, they are few and far between. However, it is important to unwind and there is no better place than the Palm Springs Yacht Club at the Parker Palm Springs Meridien. Between the salt water pools, eucalyptus steam room and Molton Brown toiletries, it is truly a dream. The unisex common area means you can enjoy the fabulous day with your honey as well!

2. Another plus of SoCal living is the fresh produce and I always try to make it to the Playa Vista Farmer’s Market on Saturdays, support local vendors and stock up on my favorite fruits and veggies.

3. Bikram Yoga in Manhattan Beach is what I should be be doing at least 3 times a week, it is truly like a 1.5 hour massage at a tenth of the price. If I am feeling ultra-adventurous I ride my bike there (yes, all 12 miles) and back. Of course, this leaves thirsty and Kombucha is just the thing to both hydrate you and give you an energy boost!
