What Happens In Vegas Doesn’t Stay In Vegas
22 Aug 2012
Time and time again, the phrase, “What happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas,” proves to be an unrealistic idea. (Prince Harry and Ryan Lochte have been recently spotted partying in Sin City.) Aside from partying, we got to thinking what else can people not stop talking about. We’ve rounded up some of the hottest attractions coming to Vegas!
Although it’s set to open in 2013, “The High Roller” already has people talking! Taller than both the London Eye and the Singapore Flyer, this will be the largest roller coaster the world has ever seen. You’ll be able to stand in a see-through capsule 550 feet above the glittering lights of Sin City. Part of Project Linq Las Vegas entertainment complex, this is just a small part of what is to come! $550 million is being invested to build this retail, dining, and entertainment experience.
We all know you can’t go to Vegas without seeing all the flashing billboards to welcome you to the city. Competing in height with The High Roller is SkyVue, a 500-foot observation wheel complete with LED digital ad signage to keep you up to date with Vegas’s hottest shows. Right across from Mandalay Bay, you’ll have the best views of the strip from these power towers. The pictures and sights from this better-at-night escapade will hopefully be the only thing going home from your next Vegas trip.
With a constant stream of new shows and attractions, what’s your current Vegas favorite?
