I’ve never been a big fan of exercise or dieting. I prefer everything in moderation. Can I be in better shape? Absolutely. But am I willing to go the extra step? Definitely not
Here are things that keep me in good mental and physical shape.
1. “Eat Right For Your Type” is the best book I ever read on diet and nutrition. It just makes sense and there is no dieting involved. I have been following this for many, many years and recommended it to many of my friends.
2. My only forms of exercise are walking in the nature on the weekends and swimming in my pool in the summer. I love any activities that include water. Being on the boat is very relaxing and recharging. I basically look for anything to relieve the stress.
3. I like to snack throughout the day. To keep it on the healthier side and to get the antioxidants, I snack on blueberries. For my sweet cravings I indulge in chocolate, also high in antioxidants. My favorite brand is Epiphany handmade gourmet chocolates .
4. Sunbathing is a must for me. I never over do it. But 30 minutes of sunshine over the weekend provides me with a healthy glow and vitamin D. My favorite suntan lotion is Maui Babe. It smells like coffee and it leaves your skin super soft.
