It’s Fall which can only mean one thing; TV is back! Many networks reconvene after their summer long hiatus, bringing you the old favorites along with many new shows to delight in or dismiss. But in the whirlwind of the Fall show comeback, knowing which shows to keep an eye on can be difficult. Here is a list of the most talked about shows to look out for when perusing the networks.
As far as comedy goes, the break out success story undoubtedly belonged to New Girl starring Zooey Deschanel and her band of boys. It’s back to find the cast going through job loss, break ups and more. It Premieres Tuesday, 9/25 at 9 p.m. ET (bonus episode will air at 8 p.m.); FOX
Of course, the comedy season would not be complete without Modern Family and change is taking place in a big way as Jay and Gloria prepare for a new baby! And a bulldog. You can catch its premiere Wednesday, 9/26 at 9 p.m. ET; ABC
The Mindy Project is one to keep an eye on as it follows Mindy Kaling post The Office where she is a rom-com-obsessed OB/in search of love in all the wrong places. Premieres Tuesday, 9/25 at 9:30 p.m ET; FOX
What happens if the entire world suddenly, indefinitaley lost all power? Director J.J Abrams brings Revolution, a new thriller of apocolyptic proportions that we suspect will be the next big hit. Premieres Monday, 9/17 at 10 p.m. ET; NBC
Enter the Assylum. American Horror Story is back with an entirely new, frightfully brilliant story as we see Jessica Lange as a nun, Joseph Fiennes as a priest, aliens, “Raspers,” and Adam Levine exploring his acting chops. Catch the premiere Wednesday, 10/17 at 10 p.m. ET; FX
