Very different than America, these clubs will be opening around 1AM and close just as the sun sets upon the city. Even if you can’t book your trip to Catalonia’s capital city Barcelona today, if you celebrate like a Spaniard, you’re in for an unforgettable experience.

I love the West Side…it’s hard to get me to leave. The air is fresh, the people are friendly, you can walk or bike everywhere and you’re close to the ocean!

1. The best sandwiches in Santa Monica are hands down at Bay Cities. As a salami snob they are the only ones to carry my favorite brand, Molinari. They have authentic Italian specialties which remind me of my childhood and time with my family.

2. One of my favorite places to escape to is the Pacific Palisades Sunday Farmers Market. The fresh produce, homemade goods and flowers are incredible. After gathering the best goodies for the week, the Palisades has great cafes to enjoy a delicious brunch and waste away a Sunday.

3. Close enough to walk to from my apartment, the Brentwood Country Mart, houses some of the cutest boutiques and retro ice cream shop Sweet Rose creamery. They have the most amazing Salted Caramel ice cream.

4. Cafe Habana Malibu reminds me of my time spent in New York at the original location in Nolita. The Malibu location has a phenomenal view, laid back vibe and let’s not forget the refreshing mojitos and margaritas. You MUST order the steak and corn salad plus their specialty the grilled corn.
