P3R’s Ode to LA: Laura’s Hot Spots

With longer summer days and the perfect weather to travel about the city, why not explore LA’s endless possibilities. From Santa Monica to Los Feliz, West Hollywood, and Beverly Hills, one of our local BH-ers tells us  her favorites from each place.

Who: Laura, Junior Publicist: Lifestyle Department

When We’re Not in the Office You Can Find Us:

1. Every menu item at Misfit in Santa Monica are “small plates,” so order a bunch and share with friends!  At the end of every meal they bring around a basket of freshly baked homemade cookies.  How cute is that?

2. Anyone that knows me is aware of my love for pizza. 1739 Public House in Los Feliz has happy hour everyday from 3-7 and with every tab, they offer a FREE individual-sized cheese pizza.

3. The Roger Room in WeHo is the place for unique, delicious drinks.  They don’t have bartenders there, only “mixologists.”  The old-school speakeasy vibe is is perfect for a weeknight hangout to catch an after-work cocktail.

4. If I’m feeling like staying in my neck of the woods, Champs Elysees Café is a great little treat after an early morning workout.  Warning: they will probably run out of chocolate croissants by noon!

Caught! Fashion Police Issuing Citations

Bachelor couple Ben and Courtney weren’t the only wrecks in this issue of US Weekly.  The Fashion Police caught Katy Perry, January Jones, and Rashida Jones red-handed!  Looks like these three famous ladies missed the mark this week.

We usually admire Parks and Rec’s star Rashida Jones‘ style, but this onesie is not doing her any favors.  Top Cop Dr. Randal Haworth advises, “She should have stayed home with that rash.”

Would you be cited for a fashion crime if the Top Cops saw your outfit today?
