Dancing With The Stars‘ favorite Chelsie Hightower shows off her toned stomach in a tank by Los Angeles PR Firm, P3R Publicity‘s client Revenge Is.

According to Daily Mail, “The Dancing With The Stars fixture made a special guest appearance at the show’s weekend rehearsals in Los Angeles on Saturday, after being skipped over as a professional ballroom partner for season 16.”

“I’ve never done what was fashionable,” he told WWD in February 2011. “I didn’t want to work with preset schemes, and I paint my own way. I ended up in fashion by chance, I would never have imagined it.”

Los Angeles Fashion PR firm, P3R Publicity was sad to hear the news that Missoni co-founder, Ottavio Missoni, 92, died this morning at his home in Italy. To honor the memory of the designer who revolutionized textile patterns and created a fashion empire founded on a shoestring in 1950s, P3R takes a look at some of our favorite Missoni looks.

If you are a lover of fashion, you tuned in to Monday evening’s  the “Oscars of Fashion”, the  Met Costume Gala.

This year’s theme, Punk: From Chaos to Couture, brought out  the most extreme of fashion. P3R client Neodandi, has been redefining fashion as an art past, present and future.

The visionarie behind the inimitable line that is regularly compared to that of established designers Comme de Garcon & Christian Dior, has been transforming the lives of men and woman through fashion. NiiLartey preaches the mental and physical effect his garments have on the human spirit; a truly “a-ha” moment that comes shortly after curating a unique masterpiece for them.

He grew up understanding the importance of clothing as a personal experience and imperative for unabridged personal expression. Self-taught and combining his skill as a painter, De Osu creates amorous clothing incorporating the use of physics and psychology into each seam bringing forth the understanding that each seam has an effect on the physiolog.

Traditional Glamour meets Steam Punk meets Modern Mythical Goth and viola – MET GALA

From Donna Karan, D&G, Balenciaga to Givenchy, this years red carpet for the 2013 Met Gala was truly an homage to 5th Avenue’s unconventional side!  And what a side that was! The annual ball that celebrates the opening of the Metropolitan Museum’s fashion exhibit at the Costume Institute was definitely the ‘A’ ticket of the night!  Celebrities stepped away from the more demure looks seen at the Academy Awards and gave a nice lively boost of ‘mythical punk’ in their chosen eye catching designer gowns.  It was definitely a night showing how art meets fashion.

 

Los Angeles Fashion PR Firm, P3R client’s, celebrity hair stylist Claudio Lazo (owner of C The Salon in Studio City, CA) said Emmy Rossum looked stunning in an antique laced styled by Givenchy.  Of the actresses hair he says, “I loved what Emmy did with her hair!  She is right on trend with her multiple braids twisted and pinned into an amazing up do.  The texture of the hair piled on top is what we’re going to see a lot of this coming season.  It’s romantic and edged with just enough futuristic punk”

Some of P3R’s favorites were Nicole Richie, Katie Holmes (looking as classic as an Audrey Hepburn scene out of a movie), Sofia Vergara, Linda Evangelista (seemingly bringing to life what Ms. Haversham of “Great Expectations” must have looked like as a young beautiful bride to be……but with a gothic aire) Julianne Hough, punk pixie Miley Cyrus and the hostess herself, Lady “B” for Beyonce!  What a nite to have been out to see and be “scene”……as in being a work of living art within the historic walls of the Met!
